We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every item we curate. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit for your festive table. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward and hassle-free returns process to ensure your peace of mind, mirroring the care we put into protecting your privacy.

Our Policy At a Glance

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • How to Start: Please contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please Note: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on certain personal and seasonal items. This includes, but is not limited to, Bakeware (for food safety reasons) and any used Bridal or Halloween merchandise. All sales on final clearance items are also final.

The Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days

Please reach out to our friendly support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.

Step 2: Receive Your RA Number & Instructions

We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the shipping address for your return. Returns shipped without an RA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return

Please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RA number and order number inside the box. Ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Step 4: We Process Your Request

Once we receive and inspect your return (processing usually takes 3-5 business days), we will notify you via email.

  • For a refund: We will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.
  • For an exchange: We will process the shipment of your new item once the return is approved.

Refund Information

Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow the following time for your refund to appear:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process the refund.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund.

Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
