Shipping Information
We carefully hand-pack your items with the same care we’d use ourselves, ensuring they arrive at your doorstep ready to celebrate.
- Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
- Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly. We ship globally but are unable to deliver to parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every item we curate. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect match. That’s why we offer a straightforward, hassle-free returns process for your peace of mind.
Policy At a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- How to Start: You must contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following categories of items:
- Bakeware (for food safety reasons).
- Any used Bridal or Halloween merchandise.
- All final clearance items.
All sales on these items are final.
The Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Us Within 15 Days
Email our friendly support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. - Receive Your RA Number & Instructions
We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the shipping address for your return. Returns shipped without an RA number cannot be processed. - Pack and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RA and order number. Ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. - We Process Your Request
Once we receive and inspect your return (processing takes 3-5 business days), we will notify you via email.- For a refund: We will initiate it to your original payment method.
- For an exchange: We will ship your new item once the return is approved.
Refund Information
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process the refund.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund.
Please note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
