Decorated Fiesta Store specializes in colorful, festive, and celebration-themed dinnerware, bakeware, and home decor. Our collections include but are not limited to: Americana Stars, Christmas, Bridal, Halloween, Coastal, and our signature Decorated Fiesta and Fiesta® Lights lines. Each product is curated to add joy and color to your home and special occasions.

Product Descriptions: We strive to accurately display our products’ colors and features. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Availability: All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities and cannot guarantee availability during special promotions.

2. User Account & Responsibilities

To place an order, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Ensuring you are of legal age to form a binding contract and use our services.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Pricing: All prices are in US Dollars (USD). While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders arising from such errors.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen method. Payment is processed at the time of order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most regions globally but are unable to deliver to parts of Asia and certain remote regions.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
• Title & Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Please see our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy for full information.

Key Points:

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Process: You must first contact us at [email protected] for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bakeware, used Bridal or Halloween merchandise, or any final clearance items. All sales on these items are final.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs (such as the Decorated Fiesta and Fiesta® Lights patterns), is the property of Decorated Fiesta Store or our suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
